Additionally, your interaction with YouTube functionality within our Service means your data is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review both links to understand how Google and YouTube handle your personal data.
11.1 DATA WE ACCESS AND COLLECT VIA YOUTUBE API
Our Service requests the minimum relevant permissions needed to operate. Depending on your interaction, we access and collect the following information from YouTube API Services: Public Metadata, including video IDs, channel titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to display feeds.
For our current app, we do not ask users to connect or authorize their personal YouTube or Google account through Google OAuth login. We strictly do not, and will never attempt to, request, collect, or store your actual YouTube login credentials.
11.2 HOW WE PROCESS AND USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process your YouTube API data exclusively to provide, maintain, and optimize the features of this Service. This includes rendering specific video playlists or channel content directly on our interface.
11.3 DATA STORAGE, RETENTION, AND SECURITY
We implement strict data security and compliance measures to protect user information: • Local Caching: We do not store or accumulate YouTube user data indefinitely. Any cached video metadata or transient session tokens are strictly used to speed up loading times and are cleaned up regularly. • No Permanent Storage: We do not retain any private personal data fetched via the API on our permanent databases. • Device Storage Disclosure: We may utilize cookies or equivalent local storage technologies on your device or browser exclusively to recognize your user session and manage interface preferences.
11.4 THIRD-PARTY SHARING AND DATA SALES
